Hi, I'm Rose! I'm an animator and illustrator based in Adelaide, South Australia. Having originally graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Arts (History and German Studies), I spent less than a year out of university before realising that I really couldn't see myself as doing anything other than making art. I returned to uni, attending the University of South Australia to undergo a Bachelor of Design (Illustration and Animation), and loved every moment of it.I enjoy all aspects of the animation process, though I have a particular fondness for background design, character animation, and 2D effects animation. I have a strong passion for storytelling, and I pull my research skills into my artistic practice, building vibrant worlds and environments for characters to interact with.I am a very fast learner when it comes to picking up software and new skills, but I am most proficient in the use of ToonBoom Harmony, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, and Premiere Pro.
